1. Agreement to Terms

Any claims must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this limitation period are permanently barred.

10. Account Closure and Termination

Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. juan3 reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative fees for account closure under certain circumstances.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or posed a security risk to our platform or other players. In cases of account termination for cause, we may forfeit any remaining balance and withhold pending withdrawals.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months will be deemed dormant and may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of PHP 100 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.
